The patient experience

It is important to understand how the patient side of the app looks. To test this out, we recommend you create a dummy account on your system. Go to the patient link (provided by your superuser) and click on ‘login to consult your GP.’ Sign up as a new user. Follow the prompts as if you were a patient and submit a request.

You can take time to look around the other features available to patients such as ‘View past requests,’ ‘Edit my details,’ and ‘When is your GP working.’
