Transform Resource Page – Preparing for launch
Many practices want to provide a better service for patients with a happier workforce, and overcome workload stress. Yours has begun a change to achieve this through a demand-flow system.
Change will involve everyone, something to look forward to and enjoy.
There are four things you need to do now.
1.Follow and Implement the Timeline Actions
Follow your Transform Programme timeline week by week. This guides you through the process, (providing you with any necessary links) up to and beyond the launch of Transform. As you work through the timeline update the plan so everyone involved can see progress.
We will refer to this timeline throughout the Programme, so please familiarise yourself with it now, and refer back frequently.
2.Managing Change
All staff are invited to answer four questions, click the Staff survey.
Partners will continue with a few more questions.
Once you’ve done yours, read what everyone else wrote: Your Staff survey report. NB This will be live once the first questionnaires have been completed.
3. GP Navigator collects and analyses operational activity.
GP Navigator operational analytics: please send your clinical system data via Navigator upload.
When loaded, please check your roles and flags file.
4. Loadmaster is our rota planning and analysis tool.
Loadmaster helps you plan your GP rota to meet demand.
Edit your Loadmaster here.
Training and Engagement
The next stage of the process will be to engage with staff in more detail and train them in the use of the system and wider approaches to managing patient demand. The materials below are designed to assist you in this process.
